CONNETIC was created to build a community passionate about helping those who can’t always help themselves. Animals don’t get to choose their circumstances or have a voice to speak up. For those that end up in devastating situations, WE are their only hope. I am so grateful to all the rescues here in Arizona and beyond doing incredible work and wanted to get involved.

As a Personal Trainer + Pilates Instructor, I knew the power movement had in bringing people together. I also knew I probably wasn’t alone in wishing I could make more of an impact for the organizations working tirelessly towards a better life for these animals.

There is a power in numbers. With CONNETIC, by showing up and making even just the minimum $15 donation, you ARE making a difference! You’re also moving your body, boosting your mood, and meeting tons of like-minded individuals in your community - something I know first-hand can be challenging for anyone at any age.
